Title of The Article : Shaping the Future of Photography and New Media Education: Insights from the UNAIR Surabaya Global Colloquium

 

on September 14 -15 2023, there will be an event with the theme Photography and New Media Education. Those who were present to empower young people were held at the ASEEC Tower, Airlangga University. 

The event was organized by Institut Franais Indonesia and Wisma Germany in the realm of cooperation with the French-German Cultural Fund, a funding institution that supports French and German relations for artistic and cultural projects in the third world.

This event also involved the partnership of Gobelins School Paris, Airlangga University, ISI Yogyakarta, Jiwa Jawa Resort, and Bromo Photography Padepokan. This event is a place for meetings between practitioners, academics and people related to photography. The event starts at 09.00 and ends at 17.00 WIB. This event is said to be an early pioneer in having an open forum space for those involved in the world of photography to gain mutual knowledge about the current development of photography education.
